Well, we've got just the feature for you.

Bedford Patch, last week, unveiled a new feature that allows you, the residents of Bedford, to tell us what type of businesses you'd like to see move to town.

We select a vacant location, post a photo and some information, and ask you to let us know what specific or type of business you'd like to see occupy that location next.

For our second challenge, we've chosen the the space just above Martin's House of Cloth at 19 Kilton Road.

According to property real estate manager NAI Norwood Group, the space, situated at a lighted intersection next door to Stop & Shop and Home Goods, provides a high-traffic location, abuutting the on/off ramp to Route 101 and 293 on Kilton Road

The retail building itself is more than 10,000 sq. ft. in size and there is 3,892 sq.ft. available for lease upstairs that can be segmented into two units of 1,355 sq. ft. and 2,537 sq. ft. if necessary.
