According to investigators, Soto Perez was allegedly using the identity “Miguel Angel Sanchez Caraballo” and was claiming to be 54 and living in Manchester. As they began to look into the case, police alleged that Soto Perez was trying to use a stolen identity to obtain a New Hampshire driver’s license, registrations, and vehicle titles from the NH DMV.
“A search warrant was issued for Soto Perez’s residence during which time troopers discovered a large quantity of cash and heroin,” according to Sgt. Andrew Player of the NHSP. “Troopers applied for an additional search warrant and ultimately seized a significant amount of documents in the ‘Sanchez Caraballo’ name, 55 fingers of heroin, two bricks of cocaine, individually packaged bags of cocaine, scales, Percocet, marijuana, and $56,820. The street value of the confiscated drugs is estimated to be worth approximately $40,000. The amount of heroin seized, removed roughly 2,750 individual doses of the drug.”
