Jeep Crashes Down Embankment in Bedford

BEDFORD, NH — Bedford Fire and Rescue teams were called to a crash on Oct. 21, 2016, at the I-293 and Route 101 interchange, according to Jeffrey Hastings of Frame of Mind Photography. The vehicle lost control and went down an embankment, crashed into trees, and stopped in a small book.

Firefighters used the Jaws of Life to remove the driver from the Jeep and she was transported to Elliot Hospital. The off ramp was closed for about 30 minutes while the vehicle was removed from the scene.
