LETTER: The Nyquist Campaign Must Be Doing Something Right

Wow. It's a few weeks into this campaign, with a great event in Bedford, and we're already being attacked by the NHGOP. As John DiStaso said in his column last week,

"In his first bid for state office, Democrat Lee Nyquist of New Boston has "made it" already to the GOP "hit list."

And what's the basis for their silly attack? Supporting fellow Democrats who have run for office in the past.

That's it. That's the best they could do. And I take that attack as a good sign!

I believe that the NHGOP is worried and scared about the prospect of facing a moderate Democrat with deep roots in the district and a proven record of bringing people together as a town moderator for over 20 years.
