Living Fully in Anxious Times

Wednesday, September 30 7:30-9:00 pm

Something terrible has happened in the neighborhood you live. You don’t feel safe going out to your car or walking at night. You wonder if it could happen again. Your sleep is disturbed or you just don’t feel like yourself. Need to talk? Want to live fully again?

The Rev. Dr. David B. Reynolds, Executive Director of Pastoral Counseling Services, and Rev. Dr. Dawn C. Berry, Pastor and Teacher of Brookside Congregational Church, United Church of Christ, will facilitate a discussion with church friends and neighbors on dealing with anxiety and fear following the murder on Ray St., Manchester.

Dr. Reynolds is a NH Licensed Pastoral Psychotherapist who works in the area of trauma, and Dr. Berry has been in pastoral ministry for 30 years.
