Local Children Enjoy Storytime at the Mall with Manchester City Library and the Mall of NH
Kids can head to the mall each month for themed stories, fun crafts and a snack
The Mall of New Hampshire’s Simon Kidgits Club and Manchester City Library Children’s Room are continuing to bring reading fun to the mall each month with their Storytime at the Mall series! The most recent storytime took place on Thursday, October 6 as part of a monthly series for kids of all ages and their families.
During Storytime at the Mall in October, kids got prepared for Halloween. Attendees listened to Halloween-themed stories like “Carl’s Halloween” by Alexandra Day, “Room on a Broom” by Julia Donaldson, and “Halloween Bugs” by David A. Carter. Afterwards, the group made a paper pumpkin craft and enjoyed a snack.
The next Storytime at the Mall will take place on Thursday, November 3rd at 11:00a.m. in the Children's Play Area located in the Food Court. Kids will celebrate Thanksgiving early with themed stories and a fun paper turkey craft.
