Local Man Arrested for Theft, Criminal Liability: Bedford Police Log

BEDFORD, NH — Robert E. Broder, 48, of Bedford, was arrested at 12:02 p.m. on Dec. 1, 2016, for two counts of theft by deception and criminal liability for the conduct of another. He was arrested on a warrant.

Mia M. Plant, 44, of Burlington, MA, was arrested at 11:46 a.m. on Dec. 1, 2016, for willful concealment. She was arrested after being served a warrant on Willow Street.

Shantal L. Fuller, 26, of Manchester, was arrested at 10:38 a.m. on Dec. 1, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration, and driving without giving proof. She was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on South River Road.

Jeffrey M. Decker, 60, of Bennington, was arrested at 3:52 p.m. on Nov. 30, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration. He was arrested on Route 114 near Route 101.

Ralph E. Nichols, 68, of Gardner, MA, was arrested at 12:18 a.m. on Nov. 30, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and a bench warrant. He was arrested on Route 101 near the Meetinghouse Road off-ramp.

Tanya Palmer, 43, of Milford, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. on Nov. 29, 2016, for prostitution and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. She was arrested on South River Road.

Mark T. Leroy, 53, of Bedford, was arrested on two warrants at 11:56 a.m. on Nov. 29, 2016. He was arrested on Nashua Road after police were sent there to check on the welfare of a person.
