“Bedford Rescue responded and subsequently removed both occupants from the vehicle,” he noted in a press statement. “Both were transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.”
During the investigation, officers reportedly learned that Bullard was traveling north and before the intersection with South Hills Drive, “failed to curve with the roadway,” according to Bryfonski.

“The vehicle crossed over South Hills Drive and went into the woods, striking a stone culvert that caused it to flip onto its roof,” Bryfonski alleged. “The car traveled between 250 and 300 feet off the roadway. At the scene, officers found several alcohol containers in the vehicle and determined they were empty prior to the crash.”
Bullard was charged with driving under the influence and is due in Merrimack District Court on Sept. 13.
