Majestic Academy of Dramatic Arts offers Workshops for Ages 5 - 7 yrs.

“Theatre Workshops for Ages 5 – 7 years at The Majestic!”

The Majestic Academy of Dramatic Arts will host workshops for children ages 5 – 7 YEARS ON April 23, 24 & 25. Workshops will be led by Jocelyn Duford and held at Majestic Studios in Manchester. Offerings include:

Playing With Puppets! Tuesday, 4/23 10am – 11:30am (ages 5-7) / 1.5 hour session, Cost $25

In this workshop, we will create our own hand puppets to take home! We will create a backstory for our brand new puppet friends. Playing with puppets is a great way for young actors to work on creating fun and interesting characters!

Itty Bitty Improv! Wednesday, 4/24 10am – 11:30am (ages 5-7) / 1.5 hour session, Cost:$25

This special improv workshop is just for our youngest performers! Through theatre games, we will learn the importance of listening, creating a character, as well as the value of being in the moment.

Fairy Tale Fun! Thursday, 4/25 10am – 11:30am (ages 5-7) / 1.5 hour session, $25

In this workshop, we will work together to create our own versions of classic fairy tales. We will read different takes on a given story then talk about what makes a fairy tale a fairy tale. The session ends with participants acting out their version of the story!
