A Manchester Police officer was conducting a business check at the La Quinta Inn and Suites on Front Street in Manchester at just before midnight when he noted a man slumped over the wheel of an Acura Integra. The vehicle was backed into the parking spot with its parking lights on, so the officer checked on the driver.
“The officer noticed a bag on the floorboard of the driver’s seat as he spoke with him,” according to Lt. Brian O’Keefe of the Manchester Police Department. “Inside, they located needles, cotton, a spoon and two loaded syringes. The liquid tested presumptive positive for heroin, so he was taken into custody without incident.”
