Man Missing From Weare Last Seen In Manchester Near Hospital

MANCHESTER, NH — Manuel Soares, 37, has been missing from Weare since September 2020.

Manchester police have learned the Soares was last seen in the Queen City on Sept. 28, 2020.

Police said Soares was seen leaving the Elliot Hospital and was headed in the direction of Tarrytown Road. He was alone at the time he was seen leaving the area, according to police.

Weare police have received multiple tips about Soares being in the Manchester area, but to this date, he has not been located. Weare police reported Soares had a medical condition and does not have his prescribed medication with him.

Soares is described as a Caucasian, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, brown eyes, brown/gray hair, and bald on top. He had a full beard and mustache when he was last seen. Soares wears glasses but did not have them with him. His clothing was described as a tan T-shirt, plaid shorts, black Crocs, and a dark baseball cap.

Police said Soares had a surgical scar on his right hand, a long scar on his left forearm, and a scar on the left side of his throat. He is left-handed, squints because of eyesight, pupils do not dilate, and wide shoulders. Soares was last seen on foot and no vehicle is associated at the time he went missing.
