Man Sexually Assaults Girl; His Wife Knew, Didn’t Immediately Report: Cops

Royal Brady was arrested for aggravated felonious sexual assault charge; Kimberly Brady was charged criminal liability, endangering a child.

MANCHESTER, NH – A Queen City couple were arrested this month after police investigated a sexual assault allegation in Manchester, according to a report.

Royal Brady, 32, of Columbus Street in Manchester, was arrested on June 15, 2016, on a single aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. On June 21, 2016, his wife, Kimberly Brady, 31, was arrested for criminal liability to aggravated felonious sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and violation of the child protection act.

Investigators charged Royal Brady with raping a 10-year-old girl that was known to him after Kimberly Brady reported the incident to police, according Lt. Brian O’Keefe of the Manchester Police Department.

“Detectives determined she knew about the assaults, but failed to report the incidents when they first occurred,” according to O’Keefe, so she was charged this week.

Royal Brady was arraigned on June 20, and held on $100,000 cash bail; Kimberly Brady was arrested this morning and is being held on $50,000. Both are scheduled to appear for a Probable Cause hearing on June 29, 2016, at the 9th Circuit Court-Manchester.
