Police: A 6-foot tall white male this morning claimed to have communicable diseases in a needled and threatened to stab the victim.

MANCHESTER, NH – Queen City police are asking for the public’s help in finding a man who reportedly threatened to stab another man with a disease-ridden uncapped needle on Auburn Street in Manchester this morning.

According to Lt. Brian O’Keefe of the Manchester Police Department, officers were sent to the area of Auburn and Beech streets at around 8 a.m. on July 7, 2016, for a threat report.

The victim – a man in his early 40s – alleged that moments before, he was parked on Auburn Street when a man walked slowly past his vehicle. The man then turned around, entered the passenger seat of the vehicle, and demanded a ride. The victim ordered the man out of the vehicle and when he failed to comply, exited the vehicle to confront him.

The victim walked away from the man and told him he was calling police, according to the report. The perp then fled the area on foot.
