Man Video Recorded Girls Undressing at Target: Cops

Bedford Police arrest Zachery Bishop of Raymond after an incident on Wednesday night at South River Road store.

BEDFORD, NH – A man was arrested on a warrant after fleeing a local store after allegedly getting caught video recording girls undressing in a changing room, according to police.

Zachery Bishop, 22, of Raymond, was arrested on June 23, 2016, on a violation of privacy charge.

Police were sent to the Target on South River Road for a report of a man recording juvenile girls changing clothes in the dressing room at around 9:15 p.m. on June 22.

Before the police arrived, a male suspect fled the store and parking lot.

“A subsequent investigation by Bedford Police Department, along with the assistance of Target Loss Prevention Officers, identified Bishop as the suspect and issued a warrant for his arrest,” Chief John Bryfonski said in a statement.

Bishop was arrested after surrendering himself on the warrant last night and was charged with violation of privacy. He was arraigned today in Merrimack District Court and is currently being held at the Hillsborough County Jail on $2,000 cash bail.

Bishop, according to a post on Bedford NH Patch, was arrested for unlawful possession of alcohol and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs in January 2012.
