Manchester Man Arrested on Drug Charges: Log

BEDFORD, NH — Nicholas W. Cochran, 19, of Manchester, was arrested at 12:03 a.m. on Sept. 27, 2016, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Donald Street.

Cindy April, 30, of Wilton, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. on Sept. 28, 2016, for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated-subsequent, driving after revocation or suspension, and alcohol ignition interlock circumvention. She was arrested after a motor vehicle complaint was investigated on Route 101.

Manuel J. Lopes, 49, of East Providence, RI, was arrested at 10:06 a.m. on June 16, 2016, for conduct after an accident. He was arrested on a warrant.
