Manchester Police Arrest Former Pastor

Manchester's Dialogue Church on Pine Street allegedly was the place where a pastor sexually assaulted a minor. According to published reports, Stephen Jesmer, 37, turned himself into police Monday. He was scheduled to appear in court this morning to face three felony sex assault charges and one charge of witness tampering.
