MANCHESTER, NH — Police in the Queen City have issued an alert for a stalking suspect who allegedly made homicidal and suicidal statements after reportedly repeatedly harassing an individual, according to an alert. Rodney Allard, of an unknown address in Manchester, is wanted on arrest warrants by police, according to an alert from Detective Lt. Nicole Ledoux, of the domestic violence unit of the Manchester Police Departments.

“The warrants stem from Allard’s habitual and repeated contact with an individual who had requested no further contact with Allard,” she stated. “The Manchester Police Department has received information that Allard is in possession of a handgun and that he has made both homicidal and suicidal statements as well as threats to harm law enforcement.”
Allard is reportedly in the greater Manchester area and may be driving a gray 2009 Nissan Versa four door hatchback with New Hampshire plate 4134563.

Anyone who sees Allard or this vehicle should not attempt to approach but should notify the Manchester Police Department at 603-668-8711.
