“Michaud caught the attention of the New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force due to his extensive criminal history that spanned 31 pages,” according to Deputy U.S. Marshal Jamie Berry. “Based on this feature, Michaud saw his name and photograph on several different media sources on the same day and surrendered.”

Nearly 6,000 fugitives have been captured in New Hampshire since 2002, according Berry.
