During a traffic stop on Maple Street for failure to use a turn signal, detectives spoke to Jsirandanis, who allegedly made “furtive movements” as they stopped the vehicle. The operator granted consent to search. The bag was located on the seat where he had been sitting and contained 2.17grams of methamphetamine.”
