More Charges in Bedford Sexual Assault Case

Windham woman, Manchester man now face charges; Massachusetts man was charged in August.

The Bedford Police Department initiated a criminal investigation into allegations of child endangerment and sexual assault case on July 24, based on information received by the Bedford Police Department regarding a former employee of Master An’s Taekwondo, 270 South River Road in Bedford.

On Sept. 24, the department obtained a warrant for the arrest of Eunha An, 37, of Windham, charging her with one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Minor (Misdemeanor); and one count of Persons Required to Report (Misdemeanor). An voluntarily surrendered to answer to these charges at the Bedford Police Department without incident. Bail was set in the amount of $5,000 personal recognizance pending arraignment in 9th Circuit Court, Merrimack, on Oct. 8.

In addition to the arrest of Ms. An, the Bedford Police Department previously arrested Mr. Daniel Resto-Ortiz, 24, of Lowell, MA, on numerous charges in August, police arrested Tyler McDonough, 21, of Manchester, charging him with One Count of Tampering with Witnesses (Felony).

This case was investigated by the Bedford Police Department along with members of the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC).
