NH State Police Arrest and Accident Log

New Hampshire State Police Troop B reports 12 motor vehicle accidents with property damage on Route 93, eight on Route 293, four on the Everett Turnpike, and two accidents on county and other roads between August 21 and Sept. 3. There were no crashes reported on Route 101 during that time. In addition, the following arrest information was supplied. It does not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, August 21

• Guillermo Pumaquero, 37, of Chicago, arrested  at 10:28 a.m. in Nashua on charges of prohibitions and operating a vehicle after suspension.
• Ashley Cooper, 22, of Hooksett, arrested at 11:34 a.m. in Hooksett on charges of recieving stolen property.

Monday, August 22

• Milisa Rioux, 27, of Nashua, NH, arrested at 11:58 a.m. in Nashua on an electronic bench warrant.
• Robert Phillips, 56, of Pepperell, MA, arrested at 12:15 a.m. in Bedford on an electronic bench warrant.
• Joseph David, 19, of Chelmsford, MA, Thomas Foye, 20, of Ayer, MA, Scott Eori, 19 of Billerica, MA, and Craig Clark, 23, of Ayer, MA, arrested at 3:49 p.m. in Manchester on charges of reckless operation and operation without proper endorsement.

Tuesday, August 23

• Nikki Labreque, 18, of Manchester, NH, arrested at 12:45 a.m. in Windham and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
• Trevor Morrissette, 19, of Bedford, NH, arrested at 2:35 a.m. in Bedford and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Wendsday, August 24

• John Acker, 31, of Manchester, NH, arrested at 1:58 p.m. in Manchester, and charged with driving after suspension.

Friday, August 26

• Cheryl Parkinson, 49, of Warner, NH, arrested at 11:40 p.m. in Bedford and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Saturday, August 27

• Joel Fernandez, 23, of Lawrence, MA, arrested at 12:53 a.m. in Salem and charged with operating without a valid license, possession of a controlled drug and on an electronic bench warrant.

Monday, August 29

• William Felt, 41, of Manchester, NH, arrested at 12:38 a.m. in Bedford and charged with operating after suspension and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.

Thursday, September 1

• Tim Abbott, 44, of Loudon, NH, arrested at 3:15 p.m. in Bedford on drug charges and charges of driving while intoxicated.
• Kevin Manchester, 23, of Keene, NH, arrested at 5:20 p.m. in Salem on charges of possession of a controlled drug.

Friday, September 2

• Robert Fisher, 53, of Halifax, MA, arrested at 1:19 p.m. in Bedford and charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled drug.
• Frances Barsky, 54, of Merrimack, NH, arrested at 6:21 p.m. in Nashua on drug charges and on charges of driving while intoxicated.

Saturday, Sept. 3

• Adian Jaquez, 24, of Nashua, NH, arrested at 1:07 a.m. in Merrimack on charges of operating after suspension/revocation and driving while intoxicated.
• Jessica Garcia, 21, of Manchester, NH, arrested at 3:30 a.m. in Merrimack on charges of driving while intoxicated and operation with an open container.
• Yelfry Lopez, 21, of Nashua, NH, arrested at 10:11 a.m. in Nashua on charges of reckless operation and disobeying an officer.
• Benjamin Torres, 34, of Manchester, NH, arrested at 11:43 p.m. in Manchester on charges of driving while occupied.
