Timothy Morrissey allegedly failed to show up for hearing; reportedly attacked elderly woman at the Bel-Air Nursing Home in Goffstown.

A local licensed nursing assistant has been suspended by the state for allegedly sexually assaulting an elderly woman with Alzheimer’s and dementia last month.

Timothy Morrissey had his license suspended on Nov. 5, 2015, however the New Hampshire Board of Nursing issued a permanent revocation after he reportedly failed to show up for a hearing on Nov. 19.

According to the NH AG, Morrissey, a LNA since 2012, was allegedly caught by another employee in the room of an 80-year-old woman while in the process of performing a sexual act.

When asked what he was doing, Morrissey allegedly stated, “You know what you saw,” and later, reportedly stated that it was “the most embarrassing thing in my life.” The employee reported the incident to a supervisor and Morrissey allegedly admitted to the act.

“I know, it’s sick,” he reportedly stated. “I need help.”

The incident was reported to Goffstown Police and Morrissey was fired by Bel Air, which also has locations in Bedford and Manchester.

The NH AG alleged that Morrissey failed to cooperate with an investigation into the matter earlier this month and then failed to attend his hearing so his license was revoked.
