NH Elderly Man With Alzheimer’s Missing: Police

Update: Howard Keegan was found in Merrimack on Friday night and has been reunited with his family, according to police.

MANCHESTER, NH — Queen City police are asking for the public’s help finding a missing elderly man with Alzheimer’s who hasn’t been seen since this morning, according to an alert. Howard W. Keegan, 94, of Manchester, was last seen at 10 a.m. on May 26, 2017, in his vehicle heading to the Citizens Bank on Hooksett Road in Hooksett.

“Howard was only supposed to go to the bank and return home,” according to Sgt. Christopher Biron of the Manchester Police Department. “The family became concerned when Howard did not return. After checking the area and being unable to locate Howard or his vehicle, the family contacted the police.”
After checking the area and being unable to locate Howard of his vehicle, the family called police. He does not have a cellphone but it reported to be in good health, according to police.

Keegan was reportedly driving a 2010 silver Chevrolet Impala with a New Hampshire 10 Veteran Prisoner of War plate. He was last seen wearing a navy blue and white Amoskeag Bank jacket and might be wearing gray pants. He wears glasses, is balding, and has gray hair.
Anyone with information on Howard or his vehicle’s whereabouts is asked to contact their local police department or Manchester Police at 603-668-8711.
