NH Eversource Workers Deployed To Cape Cod

This week, more than 40 crews from Bedford, Nashua, and other parts of the state were sent to Massachusetts to help out.

MANCHESTER, NH — Eversource has deployed a number of its crews to Massachusetts to assist with restoration efforts on Cape Cod this week, according to the company. Forty-Four New Hampshire crews – including lineworkers from the Bedford Area Work Center and Nashua – volunteered to be sent to assist with the massive restoration effort underway on the Cape. This week’s past nor’easter was the third one to hit the region in two weeks.

“Many of these crews are working their second or third back-to-back deployment, in addition to all their efforts following the storms here in NH,” Kaitlyn Woods of Eversource said in a statement.
