NH Fugitive with 'Extensive Criminal History' Sought

U.S. Marshals believe Amber Blackman could be in the Manchester area.

This week’s Fugitive of the Week is Amber Blackman, 23, who is wanted for failing to appear in court in Merrimack County for a number of charges including drugs, obstruction of justice, willful concealment, and five probation violations.

Marshals say she has “an extensive criminal history,” on top of these current outstanding warrants.

“Blackman has ties to the Manchester, NH, area, where she is known to have friends and associates,” according to Jeffrey White, a deputy U.S. Marshal.

Blackman is described as being 5-7, about 130 lbs., with hazel eyes and blondish-brown hair, and fair skintone. She has a number of tattoos, and also uses aliases “Alyssa Blackman” and “Amber Eades.”
