NH Fugitive Fortin Caught

A police officer recognizes Amanda Fortin, a woman who was wanted on outstanding warrants for drug offenses.

Last week’s Fugitive of the Week, Amanda Fortin, 31, was caught this afternoon in Belmont, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.

Marshals received tips that she might be in the community and let the Belmont Police Department know to be on the lookout.

“These efforts paid off today, when an officer was able to identify Amanda Fortin and arrest her without incident,” according to Deputy U.S. Marshal Jeffrey White.
