NH 'Gangs High Risk Offenders Strike Team' Rounds Up 10

Manchester, Hooksett residents arrested on warrants on burglary, assault, rioting, theft, and other charges.

MANCHESTER, NH - The Manchester Police Department initiated its Warrant Team G.H.O.S.T (Gangs High Risk Offenders Strike Team) in an effort to conduct the first of several warrant round ups on May 26, 2016, according to a press statement.

Headed by Lt. Joseph Mucci, the warrant team located and arrested 10 individuals on outstanding warrants. The warrants were for both misdemeanor and felony related offenses.

"The team will take the time to research and locate the outstanding offenders," according to a statement from Lt. Brian O'Keefe of the Manchester Police Department. "Once located, the team will affect the arrest, which in some circumstances will lead to additional charges. If research indicates the offender now resides in another town/jurisdiction the appropriate authorities will be notified in order to seek the offender and make an arrest based on our warrant."
