NH Gives Day - June 6-7
We need your help to open the doors to the Bedford Community Center.
NH Gives Day Wednesday, June 6, to Thursday, June 7
We have another great opportunity to raise some money for the future Stevens-Buswell Community Center! Join us on this Wednesday and Thursday, June 6 and 7, at the website http://bit.ly/BHSBedford. This is a 24-hour statewide fundraising event for non-profit organizations sponsored for the third year by the NH Center for Nonprofits.
Fundraising will begin at 6 p.m. on Wednesday and continue until 6 p.m. on Thursday.
We have made a lot of progress on the future community center in the past year. All the interior walls are in place on the main floor and are ready for priming and the finish coats of paint. Missing sections of the original bead board wainscot have been replaced and are ready to be finished. Engraved bricks and granite pavers are in place at the North Amherst Road entrance, although we have room for a lot more. The upstairs bathroom will soon be finished. Please join us in raising the remaining funds to open the main floor of the building for public use!
