Richard Sullivan of Goffstown uploaded photos to an Internet bulletin board in 2015, according to Bedford Police and other investigators.

CONCORD, NH — Richard Sullivan, 24, of Goffstown, was sentenced on July 28, 2016, in the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, for possessing child pornography.

According to United States Attorney Emily Gray Rice, the court imposed a sentence of 24 months imprisonment, to be followed by seven years of supervised release.

In 2015, investigators determined that an individual residing at Sullivan’s Goffstown residence had uploaded several images of child pornography to an Internet bulletin board, according to a press statement. A federal search warrant was obtained, and a forensic analysis of three of Sullivan’s personal electronic devices revealed a collection of approximately 30 still images of child pornography.
