NH Man Indicted For Firing Gun, Drug Charges: Hillsborough County Indictments
VT man indicted on cocaine dealing, other charges, man indicted on felony welfare charge, Epping woman, others indicted on drug charges.
MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North recently.
James Clegg, 40, of Rockland Avenue in Manchester, for acts prohibited: controlled drug-carfentanil-second offense allegedly on May 3, 2017, in Manchester.
Rafael Diaz-Infante, 37, of Old Wellington Road in Manchester, for public welfare-prohibited act, a felony, for allegedly misrepresenting or making false statements to assist Kilsis Javier in obtaining food stamps and medical assistance benefits for which she was not entitled to.

Farrington, 41, pictured center, of New Boston Road in St. Johnsbury, VT, for possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled drug-heroin, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine, all felonies, allegedly on April 14, 2017, in Manchester.

David Federschneider, 37, of Cumberland Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine allegedly on Jan. 17, 2017, in Manchester.
Jose F. Vargas, 30, of Somerville Street in Manchester, for identity fraud and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine, both felonies, as well as disobeying an officer, unsworn falsification, false reports to law enforcement, driver’s licenses, and two counts of resisting arrest or detention. The charges stem from an alleged incident on Auburn Street in Manchester on April 9, 2017, in Manchester.
Renee A. Gagnon, 38, of Greenview Drive in Manchester, for six counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-heroin, Oxycodone and three counts of possession of a controlled drug-Clonazepam, Zolpidem, Oxycodone, all felonies, as well as two counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-marijuana and two counts of dealing in or possession prescription drugs-Ibuprofen, Baclofen. The charges stem from alleged incidents in February, March, and April 2017, in Manchester.
Ashley Gingras, 27, pictured right, of Pleasant Street in Epping, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Jan. 19, 2017, in Manchester.
Donald Glidden, 24, of Front Street in Manchester, for possession of a controlled drug-Clonazepam allegedly on March 12, 2017, in Manchester.
Edgardo Gonzalez, 23, pictured left, of Merrimack Street in Manchester, for felonious use of a firearm, possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, and reckless conduct, all felonies. On April 22, 2017, he allegedly discharged a gun while at the intersection of Maple and Cedar streets in Manchester.
Bekim Grajcevci, 33, of English Village Road in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-hydrocodone allegedly on Dec. 22, 2016, in Manchester.
