At just before 5 p.m., Figueroa reportedly came out, got into a vehicle, and left the area. The vehicle was stopped a short distance from his apartment and he was arrested.

Figueroa was charged and held. He was arraigned in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North yesterday.
Figueroa became a felon but back in February 2005, when he was 19, he was arrested in Dorchester on a gun charge and later, pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm without a license and possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison. In court paperwork, the Boston Housing Authority sued in 2007, to have Figueroa’s grandmother removed from a unit due to his criminal conviction.
According to the Chelsea Record in Massachusetts, Figueroa was arrested in April 2015, on a felony warrant. He was also arrested in August 2016, on warrants in Chelsea, according to police. He was also arrested in Malden for possession of an illegal knife and drinking in public in April 2014, according to Patch.
