Senator of the Year Award

Senator Ricciardi was honored to have received Legislator of the Year Award from New Futures. This award was given in recognition of bipartisan work supporting New Hampshire’s children and families.

Ricciardi Commended as Policy Leader by BIA

Senator Ricciardi was recently commended by the BIA as one of 9 Policy Leaders who were recognized for their commitment to pro-economic growth policies and solutions during the 2023 session.

Senator Ricciardi Selected for Prestigious CSG Henry Toll Fellowship

The Council of State Governments selected New Hampshire State Senator Denise Ricciardi to participate in the 2023 CSG Henry Toll Fellowship. Bringing together 47 individuals representing 29 of the states and U.S. territories and from all branches of state government, the Henry Toll Fellowship is the nation’s premier leadership development program for state government officials

2023 Senate Budget Package Approved

With regard to the passage of the bi-partisan budget, Ricciardi said at a press conference Thursday celebrating successes on access to child care, “I really believe that the policies that I have been seeking to cross the aisle is happening here in Concord. We have to be people who aren’t trying to be right, but to do what is right.”

Fifth Anniversary of Children’s Environmental Health Day

In 2018 Senator Ricciardi encouraged the State of New Hampshire to recognize Children’s Environmental Health Day. On October 12, 2023 we recognize its fifth anniversary here in New Hampshire.

Ricciardi Raises Funds for Bedford Historical Society

Through the good work done by NH’s charitable gaming, Senator Ricciardi was able to help raise funds for the Bedford Historical Society.

Governor Signs “MOMnibus” Bill

I was proud to be a sponsor of SB 175 also known as the “MOMnibus” Bill, one of 47 bills I sponsored or co-sponsored this past session. This bill contained important services for children an families such as the WIC Farmer’s Market Program and the The Childcare for NH Working Families Act, improved access to mental health services such as post partem care for new mothers.

NH Charitable Gaming Thanks Senator Ricciardi

Mont Vernon is incredibly thankful to Denise Ricciardi of NH Senate 9 for her assistance in helping NH Charitable Gaming Foundation target available fundraising opportunities for a new library in Mont Vernon.
