New Hampshire is one of the best states in the country for working moms, according to a new report.

WalletHub ranked the Granite State No. 4 on its “Best & Worst States for Working Moms” report.

The survey took into 12 metrics, including salaries, day care availability, and number of female executives. Vermont topped the list.

“Not only do parental leave policies and other legal support systems vary by state, but the quality of infrastructure—from cost-effective day care to public schools—is also far from uniform as well,” the survey found.

The survey was released ahead of Mother’s Day, which is Sun., May 10.
