According to police, Lamarche was arrested on a warrant after a long investigation by the department’s Juvenile Unit. The case began in March 2016, after the mother of a now 18-year-old told her that “Lamarche had engaged in sexual activity with her while providing her with heroin during the past three years,” according to Lt. Brian O’Keefe of the Manchester Police Department.

“Mr. Lamarche allegedly physically assaulted the juvenile victim in December of 2015 which prompted him to tell her to ‘deny it all’ if police became involved with the investigation,” O’Keefe stated.
A detective investigated the case and then, filed a warrant against Lamarche based on the “aforementioned facts” that were allegedly discovered. Lamarche was arrested last week and arraigned in Manchester District Court on Monday.
