The reporting officers spoke with prison staffers about the incident and learned that Rosales allegedly provided heroin to the inmate that had overdosed while she was at the Hillsborough County Superior Court-North earlier in the day, according to Lt. Brian O’Keefe of the Manchester Police Department. Rintala-Weith was also reportedly in a holding cell with other inmates and during questioning, staffers allegedly saw a small amount of heroin fall out of her brassiere.
