According to state police, a trooper from Troop B in Bedford was patrolling the highway and observed a Hyundai Accent having mechanical issues. The driver – Erceg – was driving with the vehicle’s flashers on at a slow speed and was impeding traffic.

The trooper stopped the vehicle and checked Erceg and found the outstanding warrants out of Pennsylvania from 12 years ago for burglary and theft.
