Pair Busted with $26K Worth of Drugs: Cops
More than 270 grams of crack, heroin, and cocaine seized during alleged drug bust on Elm Street yesterday.
MANCHESTER, NH - The Queen City’s Special Enforcement Division arrested two people after a two-month investigation into drug activity in the city, according to a report.
Victoria Dubbe, 33 of Manchester, was arrested on June 2, 2016, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute and two counts of sale of a controlled drug. Also arrested was Dshawn Collins, 41, of Springfield, MA, who was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute.

Detectives were preparing to execute a search warrant of an apartment at 1101 Elm St. in Manchester yesterday after but before doing so, located Dubbe outside of the building and immediately arrested her.

Collins, according to police, was arrested inside the apartment.
Investigators allegedly located and seized 162.8grams of crack cocaine (value $16,200), 42 grams of cocaine (value $4,200) and 65.6 grams of heroin (value $6,500), according to the press alert.
Both Collins and Dubbe were arraigned this morning in Manchester District Court.
