Passenger Peeing in Her Seat After Traffic Stop Leads to Littering, Meth Charges: Report

Natasha Robinson of Manchester allegedly flipped out on cops after she was told to vacate a vehicle that was being towed this morning.

MANCHESTER, NH — A New Hampshire woman was arraigned in court today on drug and other charges after reportedly losing control of herself, in more ways than one, after an early morning traffic stop, according to police. Natasha Robinson, 20, of Manchester, was arrested on Dec. 6, 2016, and charged with possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, falsifying physical evidence, and littering.

According to police, two officers stopped at Dodge Charger in the area of Auburn and Union streets for reportedly failing to use a turn signal. They spoke with the driver and two passengers during the stop. The driver – Rachel G. Hardy, 19, of Charlotte, NC – was allegedly operating without a valid license, was given a summons, and her vehicle was prepared to be towed from the scene, according to Lt. Brian O’Keefe of the Manchester Police Department.

“The officers informed the people inside that they had to vacate the vehicle, so it could be towed,” O’Keefe alleged. “However, a female passenger turned her back toward the officers, rolled down her window, and screamed at them to step away from the vehicle.”

The passenger – Robinson – reportedly “informed the officers that she was urinating while seated in the vehicle” and after that, opened the door, dumped the contents of a can onto the street before dropping it, too, O’Keefe said in a press statement. The tin can and two napkins spilled on to the street so the officers instructed her to clean up the trash. However, they allegedly observed a small plastic bag with a rock like substance when she reportedly picked up one of the napkins. The substance reportedly tested presumptive positive for meth, according to police.
