Perp Stole $3,500 Worth Of Glasses: Cops

MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester Police are asking for the public’s help after a man allegedly stole 18 pairs of glasses valued at more than $3,500 from a store at the Mall of New Hampshire, according to an alert. The detective division of the department reports that the theft occurred on Feb. 10, 2018, at the LensCrafters/Sunglasses Hut Queen City location at around 11:30 a.m. The man reportedly began trying on glasses and walked around the store.

He allegedly concealed several pairs before exiting without paying but then returned about two hours later and reportedly stole more glasses and left again.

The suspect had a white bandage over his bottom lip at the time of the theft, according to a press statement.
