Petition Success - Process to put the Budget on the Ballot begins

Congratulations to the nearly 1500 Bedford voters who agree it's time to put the Bedford Town budget on the Ballot

We've been notified that we've achieved the minimum number of petitioners to put the decision to start the process of changing how we vote on town budgets on the March 2023 ballot.

This initiative has received support from every facet of our community; from first-time voters, to great-grandparents who used to go to the town meetings, back in the day, but think “we need to change, and catch up with the times”.
