Arrest Log: Police Charge Two with DWI, One for Assault

The following arrest information was supplied by the Bedford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Sept. 12

• Nicholas Phagan, 20, of Hooksett, NH, arrested at 2:35 a.m. on Route 101 and Pinecrest Drive and charged with driving while intoxicated.
• Shawn Gaganon, 37, of Manchester, NH, arrested at 4:32 p.m. on Constitution Drive and charged with willful concealment and theft by deception.
• Esdrubal Jimenez, 44, of Nashua, NH, arrested at 6:55 p.m. on Commerce Drive and charged with simple assault after police responded to a domestic disturbance call.

Tuesday, Sept. 13

• Alex Call, 17, of Bedford, NH, arrested at 9:48 a.m. on Nashua Road on a bench warrant and also charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct.

Wednesday, Sept. 14

• Cameron Kris-Chambers, 20, of Manchester, NH, arrested at 1:23 p.m. on Constitution Drive and charged with false inspection or registration sticker.
• Amanda Parent, 20, of Manchester, NH, arrested at 1:30 p.m. on South River Road and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, operating an unregistered vehicle and possession of a controlled/narcotic drug.

Thursday, Sept. 15

• Scott Benjamin, 38, of Hinsdale, NH, arrested at 11:56 a.m. on Route 101 and charged with false inspection or registration sticker.
• , 39, of Bedford, NH, arrested at 12:34 p.m. at Route 101 and Kilton Road and charged with driving while intoxicated.
• Kelly Moscone, 26, of Manchester, NH, arrested at 3:33 p.m. on South River Road and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.
