POLICE LOG: 15 Year Old Arrested on Alcohol Charges, Driving Illegally

Saturday, July 28

1:24 p.m. - Stephanie Batchelder, 29, of Edmond, OK, arrested on South River Road and charged with willful concealment and receiving stolen property.

7:23 p.m. - Laura Kimball, 26, of Manchester, arrested on a warrant on Constitution Drive and charged with four counts of theft.

Sunday, July 29

1:33 a.m. - 15-year-old juvenile arrested on Route 101 and charged with operating a vehicle without a valid license and unlawful possession of alcohol.

3:00 p.m. - Don Scibilio, 40, of Manchester arrested at Colby Court and charged with willful concealment.
