Police Seek Assistance with Gas Station Robbery
A white man in a black hoodie threatened a clerk last night. Do you recognize him?
Police in the Queen City are asking for the public’s help in trying to locate a man who robbed a gas station on South Willow Street last night.
At just before 7 p.m. on Nov. 8, 2015, Manchester Police responded to the Mobil Gas Station located at 1050 S Willow St. for a robbery. Officers were informed that a subject entered the store, approached the counter, and then demanded all of the money from the cash register.
“No weapon was shown, but the subject made a gesture that he was armed,” according to Officer Mark Ampuja of the Manchester Police Department. “ The clerk complied and the subject left the store and entered a vehicle that was last seen heading east on Weston Road.”

The suspect is described as a white male, wearing gray sweatpants, blacked hooded sweatshirt and a white baseball style hat. Detectives continue to investigate the incident.
