Primary day for the 2014 campaign is Sept. 9, and candidates are doing all they can to get-out-the-vote.

In the 1st Congressional District, there are four Republicans on the ballot hoping to get the chance to face incumbent Democrat U.S. Rep. Carol Shea-Porter: Frank Guinta, Dan Innis, Everett Jabour, and Brendan Kelly.
