Well, all the votes are in and a select 12 local businesses have advanced to round two of the Bedford Patch Small Business Tournament.

, which garnered more than 50 percent in the "Best of the Rest Poll," moved on to the top 12 with other the other Readers' Choice winners:

We've broken the 12 winners into four separate polls, three businesses each, and we'll narrow the list to the fantastic four from there.

We've also decided to speed things up a bit, so now we'll have two 48-hour polls a week, one beginning Monday at 8 a.m., and concluding at the same time Wednesday, and another beginning at 8 a.m. Thursday and running through Saturday morning. We'll post the results within hours of the polls concluding.
