Rain Heads Into the Region

Expect showers across New Hampshire in the early and latter part of the week.

The weather looks mixed for the coming week, according to meteorologists.

AccuWeather.com forecasters suggested that showers could hit the Granite State on Monday night and into Tuesday, breaking the long streak of dry air we’ve seen across New Hampshire for weeks.

September, forecasters stated, gave us warmer than normal temperatures.

As the rain moves out of the region, cooler temps will follow from a cold front that will sweep down from Canada.

Tonight, cool, and mostly clear, with highs in the 40s, which means we’ll probably be able to see the Supermoon Eclipse.

On Monday, partly sunny skies with highs in the mid-70s and a light breeze in the afternoon. There’s a slight chance of showers after 9 p.m. with highs in the high 50s.

Showers are expected to continue into Tuesday with highs in the mid-70s during the day and mid-50s during the evening.

The sun returns on Wednesday with slightly cooler temps in the mid-60s. Overnight lows will drop down to the low 40s.

Temps could drop down into the low 60s on Thursday with sunny skies with the rain returning on Friday and the weekend.
