Gail a lifelong resident of Manchester, NH and is a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Metropolitan in Bedford, NH. She has been practicing real estate for over fifteen years and was President of GMNBR in 2007 and 2013.

Tracy Hawkins manages business development and closings for Market Street Settlement Group in Manchester, NH and has been an Affiliate member of GMNBR since 2006. Tracy has been the Co-Chair of the GMNBR Education Committee for the past 2 years and has been instrumental in the success of the annual GMNBR Tech Fair event.
Also, presented was the 2014 GMNBR Good Neighbor Award received by John MacGilvary of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty for his work with The CareGiver's Inc. of New Hampshire. This is the second time John has received this award for his volunteerism. Recipients of the Good Neighbor Award receive a $1,000 donation from GMNBR to be given to a charity of their choice on their behalf.
Nashua Mayor Donnalee Lozeau attended the luncheon and presented proclamations noting the recipient’s commitment to real estate and community involvement. The awards were presented at the awards luncheon held May 22nd at The Crown Plaza in Nashua, NH.
