After six wonderful years serving in the New Hampshire State Senate, my time as your State Senator is coming to a close. While the results of this election were not what we had hoped for, I am filled with an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the trust you placed in me and the opportunity to serve our communities.
It has been the honor of a lifetime to represent you. When I first came to Concord, I promised to listen and fight for the people of District 9 and New Hampshire at large, and I am incredibly proud of what we have accomplished together. From more than doubling the Meals and Rooms Tax revenue returned to our towns to help ease the burden on property taxpayers, to reforming healthcare prior authorization so patients can receive care without unnecessary delays, we have made real progress for our communities.
As a mother, it has been especially meaningful to advocate for mothers and working families through the Momnibus initiatives, and to champion policies that help our children thrive. I am also proud of our work to protect New Hampshire's clean water, address PFAS contamination, secure critical water and sewer infrastructure funding, and promote phone-free classrooms where our children can focus on learning.

None of these accomplishments happened alone. They were made possible through collaboration with dedicated colleagues, local leaders, and the many people who care deeply about the future of our state. But beyond any piece of legislation, what I will treasure most are the people I have met, the friendships I have made, and the countless conversations that have reminded me why public service matters.
To my family, friends, volunteers, supporters, and everyone who placed their faith in me, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness, encouragement, and support have meant more than words can express. I also extend my congratulations to my opponent and wish him success in serving our communities.

Thank you for allowing me to be your voice in Concord for these past six years. It has truly been an honor.
