Convicted Armed Cocaine Dealer Sought by Marshals
This week's NH Fugitive of the Week, Tonykus "T-Money" Hebert, is considered to be armed and dangerous. He's wanted for release violations.
CONCORD, NH — A convicted drug dealer with a previous firearm history is being sought by U.S. Marshals this week, according to an alert. The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force Fugitive of the Week is Tonykus Hebert, 30, who is wanted on an outstanding warrant for violations of conditions of supervised released, issued by the U.S. District Court on Aug. 2, 2016.

Hebert, who also goes by the alias “T-Money,” is an African-American male, 5 feet, 6 inches tall, and weighs around 170 lbs. He has brown eyes, black hair, and medium skin tone. Hebert has numerous tattoos including a cross on his arm, initials on another arm, “Until Death Tara” on his chest, as well as other tattoos.

“Hebert is on supervised release as part a conviction for a 2006 possession with intent to distribute cocaine with a firearm case,” according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White. “Hebert was last known to reside in Manchester, NH, where he has numerous friends, family and associates.”
White noted that Hebert should be considered “armed and dangerous,” and if you have any information about the whereabouts, or have observed a person that resembles Hebert, contact the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, or your local police. Do not try to apprehend him yourself.

Hebert was dealing cocaine out of his apartment on Maple Street back in 2006, according to a press release by the U.S. Attorney’s Office at the time.

During the last few years, Hebert has been arrested mostly on driving charges. He was arrested in December 2013 in Londonderry, according to police, for driving after revocation or suspension. New Hampshire State Police arrested him in February 2014 on a driving charge. Hebert was arrested in Lee in November 2015 for a suspended registration and failure of entering traffic to yield.
