Nashua PetSmart Worker Arrested
Katelynn Emmett, of Nashua, was charged with felony theft in a returned merchandise scheme at a Nashua PetSmart, police said.
NASHUA, NH — An employee of a Nashua PetSmart store was arrested Wednesday on charges she orchestrated a fraudulent return scheme. Katelynn Emmett, 22, was charged with felony theft.
Police said on Wednesday at about 3:15 p.m., PetSmart staff at the 213 Daniel Webster Hwy. store called police and reported an internal theft. Emmett was arrested there about an hour later after police said they conducted an investigation and quickly confirmed she was the suspect.
Emmett was released on $250 bail pending an arraignment Dec. 8 in Nashua District Court.
